Residents' campaign to protect the environment in the light of Biggin Hill Airport's application for an increase in operating hours.
"We do urge you to come along as, in addition to the proposed 27% increase in operating hours, we will be discussing other airport-related issues which you may not yet be aware of, and which will help you to understand the scale of what is planned for Biggin Hill.
We will be welcoming attendees by name so please reply to confirm your attendance, for either date, ASAP. Thank you."
Downe Residents' Association supports the campaign.

Dear Supporter,
Meetings;
7.00pm Tuesday 26 May 2015 and Monday 1 June 2015
"During the recent door to door canvassing you kindly indicated your offer to support the residents’ campaign to protect the environment in opposition to the direction the London Borough of Bromley are taking towards the extension of operating hours at Biggin Hill Airport.
A new organisation known as Flightpath Watch has been formed to engage with supporters and to coordinate and manage the process of opposition. (Members of previous groups, such as Flightpath and BRAAD have joined forces under the new banner of Flightpath Watch).
We are developing our new website ; we have held our first General Meeting at which officers were appointed and are planning to provide electronic Newsletters to keep people up to date with progress. The latest news is available on the following link: http://flightpathwatch.co.uk/web/latest-news/
We need your further help; so to explain the work underway and involve you in the process, two meetings have been arranged. Please choose the one, which suits you best, and e-mail us to confirm the one you plan to attend. Your e-mail will enable us to manage numbers and attendance.
